Abstract

With the very real possibility of a pandemic looming large, ChainLink embarked on critical research to determine just how prepared companies actually are for sustaining business continuity throughout the phases of a pandemic.
Critically important, this includes the preparedness of a company’s supply chain, transportation, distribution, and other key trading partners. This webinar covers the sobering findings of the research, and describes the methodology that ChainLink has created for businesses to assess their appropriate level of readiness and then actually achieve that level. It also unveils two key new indices that underpin that methodology.

• Pandemic Demand Index (PDI)—The expected demand for specific products and services during phases of the pandemic
• Pandemic Readiness Index (PRI)—The readiness of a business or industry to meet demand during the phases of the pandemic
